Total Support (3 months-4 years)

  • What's included? 

    *Welcome pack including sleep logs, first steps and a sleep questionnaire to be completed 48hrs before our consult detailing your sleep issues, goals, parenting style and any worries you have. 

    *Up to 60 min initial phone consultation to discuss issues and answer questions regarding the sleep plan. 

    *A personalised and comprehensive sleep plan which takes a holistic look at your child's sleep and needs. The plan encompasses your child's sleep environment, age appropriate awake times, routines, nutrition and more! Various settling methods are given depending on your child's temperament, your overall goals and parenting ethos. 

    *2 weeks support including sleep logs to monitor progress. Communication is mainly via text, email and WhatsApp throughout the 2 week period (weekdays only).

    *2 x 15 min calls to use within the 2 weeks to debrief and provide guidance 

    *Educational resources and routines provided up to 3 years

Ask Me Anything (3 months-4 years)

  • What's included? 

    *Welcome pack including first steps and a sleep questionnaire to be completed 48 hrs before our consultation detailing your sleep issues, goals, worries and parenting style. 

    *30-45 min phone consultation 

    *Summary email covering the information discussed and advice given 

    *Educational resources and routines provided up to 3 yrs. 

    Please note there is no sleep plan or follow up support with this package

Oh Baby! (0-12 weeks)

  • What's included?

    *60 min consultation covering what to expect in the 4th trimester.

    * Topics include biologically normal newborn behaviours, realistic expectations, physical and neurological development, sleep, settling, feeding and how to set up healthy sleep foundations early on.

    *Educational handouts provided

    *1 x email to use within the first 12 weeks to ask any questions

    *No formal sleep training is involved but we will provide age appropriate hands on settling options

    *Pre session intake form to be completed by client 48 hrs before consult

  • What's included?

    *60 min consultation either in home or virtual

    *Great for parent groups or friends with babies.

    *Various topics discussed including, routines, settling techniques, catnapping, starting solids etc.

    *Educational handouts provided.

    *Minimum 5 people (enquire about price)

  • *For current or returning clients

    *One week of daily support via text/email during the hours of 8am-8pm.

    *1 x 15 min phone call to use over the 7 day period
