“Penelope was a catnapping queen before we met Angie. We're so thankful for all her support with Penelope's catnapping during the day and self settling at night. By the end of the two weeks Penelope had adapted well to the gentle methods Angie provided and now has a more structured sleep routine in the day. She is taking longer naps and is consolidating sleep cycles to have a 2 hr nap at midday. She is also self settling herself to sleep at night now which has made a huge difference for us. Angie is very knowledgeable and provided great advice throughout the two weeks. She has a calm and patient nature and is right there with you the whole way.
